Partner's Guide
Add Employees to a Tenant:
- Click on the “Manage” button.
- A list of already added employees will appear.
Add an Employee Manually:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Role
- Job Position (you can create new positions or select an existing one).
- Projects and Groups (following the same process as positions).
- Leader (optional).
- Click on “Add Employee”
Upload a CSV File:
- Use this option to add employees in bulk.
Manage Existing Employees:
- To delete a user, click on the “Delete” button on the right.
- To edit a user, click on the “Edit” button on the right.
Users are directly assigned to the respective tenant.
View a Created Tenant's Dashboard
Access the Dashboard:
Click on the card of the created tenant or any other previously created tenant.
You will be redirected to a view with three main cards:
- Go to Admin Panel
- View My Objectives
- Run Teammate Assessment
Menu Options:
- Home
- My Account
- Subscriptions
- Manage Employees
- Objectives
- Assessment
Create a New Assessment
Access:
- Within the tenant, click on “Go to Admin Panel”.
Creation Process:
- Click on “Create new assessment”.
- Enter the assessment name.
- Upload a CSV file with the objectives to evaluate (Download available template).
- Assign the relevant area (if no areas exist, you can create them on the spot, and they will be available for future assessments).
- Select the users to evaluate.
- Click on “Create assessment”.
Assign Evaluators:
After creating the assessment, you can assign evaluators in two ways:
- Manual: Select evaluators manually.
- AI Recommendations: Get automatic suggestions to assign evaluators.
- Once ready, click on “Confirm Evaluators”.
Reports:
Once the evaluation period ends, you can generate:
- Individual reports.
- General reports of all completed evaluations.
